Stefanie is a transition-to-transformation macro-strategist, specialising in economic uplift, sustainability, and circular economy. She is a business leader, mentor, major event optimisation specialist, and experienced entrepreneur, with over 20 years of industry experience.  

Stefanie oversees project delivery, pilot initiatives, and product usability, and facilitates the end-to-end client journey/experience.  

Passionate about changing the game, Stefanie stands behind considered collaborations, impactful outcomes, and ‘progress over perfection’. 

With over 20 years’ experience as a sustainability strategic thinker and operational leader, Stephanie combines her technical, strategic, and academic knowledge with the practicalities of environmental sustainability to enhance the delivery of our projects, pilots and products. 

Kim heads up Luminair’s scientific and technical research division. He performs solution-focused research in alignment with best-practice and global initiatives for our projects, pilots and products. 

Kim works behind the scenes to enable Luminair to make data-based decisions through his data delivery and validation process/framework.
