This sequencing is intentional. While many organisations develop strategy first and engage stakeholders later, Luminaire brings engagement earlier in the process.
By engaging stakeholders at the point of insight generation, we enable co-design, authentic alignment and strategic buy-in from the outset. This reduces delivery risk, strengthens implementation confidence, and allows strategy to emerge as a shared and unified direction, rather than a negotiated compromise.
This is a core reason strategies led by Luminaire have consistently been endorsed and approved, rather than deferred, diluted or partially adopted.
