Who We Are
Luminaire Systems is a research, strategy and systems firm specialising in complex, multi-stakeholder environments — particularly where government is a central stakeholder as steward, funder, anchor client or delivery partner.
We work with local, state, federal and international government agencies, and with organisations operating in ecosystems where public outcomes, market dynamics and delivery realities intersect.
